Step 1 – Open Settings
Open the Settings Menu
- On the main game screen, tap the Settings button located at the bottom-right corner to open the Settings menu.
Step 2 – Delete Account
TAP THE DELETE ACCOUNT BUTTON
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and tap the Delete Account button to begin the account deletion process.
Step 3 – Verify Your Account
ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS
- Enter the email address and password associated with your account, then tap Confirm Delete to continue.
Step 4 – Confirm Deletion
CONFIRM ACCOUNT DELETION
- A confirmation message will appear. Tap Yes to permanently delete your account and all associated game data. This action cannot be undone.
Step 4 – Your Account Has Been Permanently Deleted
ACCOUNT DELETION
- Your account has been permanently deleted. All your personal information, game progress, purchases, and associated data have been removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. If this deletion was made in error, you'll need to create a new account to continue using our services.
